Velominck BV has a reliable and professional service department with enthusiastic and well educated service employees. We give special attention to training and educating the employees in order to maintain the high technical norms. The maintenance of the Velominck systems will always be on a contract base and a customer can choose out of three service subscriptions.
All-in service: the subscription secures against call out charges, parts costs and labour costs. This subscription includes: corrective maintenance, call handling, connection to head office, call out charges, modifications, preventive maintenance and a response time of maximum 8 hours.
Parts-service: the subscription secures against call out charges and parts costs. This subscription includes: corrective maintenance, call handling, connection to head office, call out charges, preventive maintenance and a response time of maximum 16 hours.
Preventive maintenance: subscription with costs based on post-calculation. This subscription includes: call handling, connection to head office, preventive maintenance and a response time of before the next day 17:00 pm.
Furthermore we can also do the exploitation of the delivered systems.
